As I'm a beginner had to put my trust in John and wasn't disappointed found him very helpful and honest with his advice not just wanting to sell me the dearest products in his shop very knowledgeable top man

John responded to my email inquiry within minutes, recommended a better fitting wetsuit that you was on sale, offered free next-day shipping, and took the time to fill out the VAT tax rebate form for me as a foreign citizen. He even threw in some free wax all this after his store hours! Fantastic service and prices. Thank you!
