If you're looking for atrocious customer service you've come to the right place. Their "system" is convoluted and lacks any kind of urgency. The whole model is built around you paying beforehand almost as if they know how bad they are. The actual health professionals I dealt with were decent but the company itself is extremely poorly run and since you've already paid they don't care about any kind of aftercare or referral elsewhere as you're no longer using them. The phone staff have no training. Extortionate prices and poor service. BOOOO!

Avoid like fire. Went to get my orthotics done, it was suppoused to take 2-3 weeks, I waited two months without a single attempt to contact me on their side. After that I begun the fight to get my money back which wasn't easy with their staff pulling tricks like: putting you on hold just to disconnect you from the line after few sec, predtending like they lost your number or straight up lying. I met a great doctor there and I wish him all the best but the company is garbage. Avoid like fire !

In October I had really great correspondence with the Customer service team about getting my custom orthotic insoles replaced. This changed completely after paying for them to be fixed. I dropped off my orthotic insoles to be repaired on November 3rd, after being told that they would be fixed and posted to me within 2 weeks. It is now December 11th and still no word. I have tried contacting their customer service and I have been ignored countless times. I am not even confident that I will be getting them back at all at this point. I am never using their service again. Absolutely atrocious .

If I could give this company no stars I would. I've been trying to find out when my insoles that I left in 2 months ago will be ready and no one can tell me, I keep being assured that someone will phone me back to let me know but no one does. Their call back service doesn't work - I left 3 messages at 3 different times for a call back as their voice message suggests and surprise, no phone call. This is a terrible service and I won't be using them again.
