Hi. I recently visited Soho on bank holiday Monday with my friend. We got a seat at the bar and waited to be served. The place wasn't that busy at all and there was 5/6 people behind the bar, it took them at least 10 minutes to even catch our eyes and finally get served. there was no please or thank you. We got our drinks and then decided to order food. We waited again to catch someone's attention as they passed up and down (some were free to serve but passed us by), finally got our menus and ordered food. My friends food was served first, mine 20mins later after I called one of the waitresses and she went and got it. The food was stone cold, I got the quesadillas and they were so soggy they were stuck to the plate, I had to pick the tiny amount of chicken out from them and eat it. Spanish fries were so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. I'm from Cork and I would go there maybe once a month with friends, the service is always bad, no manners at all. The only reason it's getting 1 star from me is for the entertainment they had on that day. I'll be avoiding Soho from now on.

Really poor service for a Saturday afternoon there were only two bar staff, took ages to get served, and when we did it really wasn't great. Two bowls of chips were soggy and cold and I received one of the worst pints of Beamish I've ever drank (granted soho is not a typical Beamish drinkers pub and if I was drinking gin out of teapot or something I might have been more impressed) . Glasses were picked off tables after a time, but the staff missed the bowls, trays, ketchup etc for a few of hours (we were in there watching two football games and were there for a while).
I have found staff unfriendly on previous occasions (door staff) and generally wouldn't be put off by any of these things, but when paying a bit more than other places I'd expect better service.

Very vibrant and great place to watch sports. Food however was only average. Service was ok not bad but a bit rushed.

Very spacious place. Multiple levels to go to. Didn't get the chance to go upstairs as I was only socializing on the ground floor. As I heard it's has a different music on each floor. Will give more details after visiting next time.
    Enjoy.

Very Good food for a sports bar. Attentive staff. Busy with a good buzz but still possible to have conversation.

Cool atmosphere. Steaks upstairs are delicious but not all food is worth the price. Don't get the duck.
Cocktails are sold as elaborate but ultimately lack of taste

Went for brunch with friend, ordered crab egg Benedict and it was delicious! The staff was very helpful and food severed in a timely manner. The price was pretty reasonable for what I got, would visit again soon
