Pocket sized. Lots of different chocolate flavours to try out. Friendly. Worth a visit if already in the area or passing through.
My personal impression of the place was dwarfed by having visited the much larger and 100x more interesting Callier factory, so the 5 stars are only 'cause Ireland.response / report this review -

Great location, not so great deals. But the chocolate is worth it. But you can't expect to get 100g for 1 Euro or less. But it is quality that counts.

Good place to take your children if you want to see them reach new levels of excitement. Free chocolate tasting will do that. Staff are lovely - all of them, from the folks at the café, and the taste masters; the chocolate is the same level of lovely. I was not disappointed going here. And yes the chocolate is great.

Great stop for all chocolate lovers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very generous tasting on entrance with a great welcome. Fascinating to see the open plan factory in action. Great selection of fantastic chocolate. Cafe is very nice with a good selection of treats. Gluten free options available in cafe. Picnic area also available. Plenty of parking outside. Good baby changing facilities and selection of highchairs/booster seats in cafe.

MUST DO if at least half-way interested in chocolate. Great tastes of different flavors combined with brown, white or dark chocolate. Really good and free tasting of all chocolates they produce! Can't get around buying something from the store afterwards because it's convincing :)

As soon as you stepped inside, you could instantly tell this place meant BUSINESS. (in a good way)
Absolutely fab chocolate, the hygiene standards were second to none everywhere in the entire building. You could watch the staff make chocolate which was an interesting experience as well as take a free sample.response / report this review -

The team at Skelligs Chocolate truly came through for us and helped make our wedding day very special. While we live in Ireland, our wedding occurred in Martha's Vineyard in the United States. Given that US and Irish chocolate taste quite different, we wanted to feature some sweet, local treats to welcome our Irish guests and honor my Irish husband.
I emailed the Skellings team using their website details and quickly a package of yummy treats arrived. They even gave us several free lollipops when they heard about all the children attending our wedding. It was so easy and delicious. I am truly grateful to Joanne, Colm and the rest of the Skelligs team. Thank you and we hope to visit the factory one day soon!response / report this review -

As soon as you arrive you can see the chocolate being made. The staff are very friendly and are happy to give you a free tasting tour of their chocolate flavours.
The cafe serves great coffee and of course delicious fresh hot chocolate.
