  5/5 for swimming pool and helpfulness of team that works there. Good sauna and steam room and excellent changing and shower facilities. Overall and excellent facility.

  I would of given a zero if that was an option. I took my daughter to the pool on Sunday 7th of May. Firstly we arrived at 12.35pm to attend the public group at 1pm for swimming. We were told it was too early to pay and to come back up at 12.55pm to pay as she didn't take money before then. We sat down and waited patiently, I then joined the que and paid. We went into the changing area, My daughter got changed and was very excited. I then walked her over to get into the pool, I stopped a Lifeguard and asked which pools would be suitable for my daughter, He asked her age and I told him she is 7 in Sept, He asked was I getting in and I said I cannot as I sustained an injury to my brain a few months back and could not swim until I was told otherwise by the Neuro Consultant.His manner than became very rude and borderline angry towards me and he started speaking in a very loud and abrupt manner stating " Now that you told me the childs age I am not letting her into the pool, Not a chance, She cannot get in unattended, Go get a pair of shorts if you want her to get in and she can" I have no issue with what he said to me but surely as I paid for a child only the girl on reception should of asked if my daughter was been accompanied into the pool by me and at that point when I said no it would of made things a lot less upsetting for my 6 year old daugther than having to get changed, all excited to have a rude lifeguard upset her. The staff need to be trained here and a simple question asked when paying " It is our policy to ensure all kids under a certain age have a parent in the pool, will you be joining your child to supervise her/him? I would not recommend this place to anyone as staff are ill trained and rude to customers. Darren

  Superb facility for swimming and all other amenities incl gym, saunas, large indoor hall, conf rooms etc. There is also a super Happy Pear installment there too.

  Good prices Great for swimming. The gyms ok too. Lots of parking. Friendly stuff and it has the happy pare. What more could you ask for
