  Great pub. Small, narrow pub, with front and side doors. Good Guinness. They sell pint bottles of Guinness Extra Stout. Live music several nights.

  Great authentic traditional Irish pub. More popular with locals than tourists. Live Music on the Saturday night we went here. Friendly staff. Cosy spot so tricky for a larger crowd.

  Lovely spot to step into if you want to move away from the mayhem and madness that can often be generated by the many stag/hen parties, as well as the many students that go out in Sligo. It's old style decor, open fire and good quality drink make it a place that deserves a visit. It was my first visit to the place and it impressed me.

  This a great pub and the best pint of Guinness in Sligo. Always good music on the stereo or from local musicians. Its a quirky place and attracts a great mix of people. Well worth a visit if you're in Sligo.

  Most interesting bar I have ever visited. The bartender pulled out a canon ball that he had found under the floor from many many years ago from God only know what war. Steve Wickham of the Waterboys is known to frequent this bar. I missed him by a day. The trad musicians here are some of the best in Ireland. ALL of Sligo has an other-worldly feel. No wonder Yeats loved this town and area so much. If you're in Ireland, make it a point to visit this pub.

  Worst experience of a pub I ever had! Arrived in and the bar tender immediately said no to serving us! We had no drinks before hand and where perfectly sober. Very rude, would not recommend
