I ordered a Gigablue HD Quad Plus set top box/satellite receiver for €583 on the 29/04/2015. I have NOT received it to date 14/06/2015 despite MANY phone calls/emails/texts. The phone number/mobile number ring out constantly without reply. Emails and texts are NOT responded to.

A credit card refund was requested and agreed by phone on the 21/05/2015 which I have NOT received to date 14/06/2015. I have reported this transaction as a fraudulent transaction to MasterCard.
