There is an appalling customer service in this shop. My elderly mum went in here, by mistake, to buy a specific light (that I had found for her in nearby shop, with name, wattage, etc, in hand): she was talked into buying an alternative that was not, however, suitable. When I went to return the light the shop insisted on not giving a refund and offered only a credit note. The light was unopened and untouched, and it was absolutely obvious (even in writing) that she had made a mistake.
