I loved the seaweed bath experience. It completely relaxed me and my skin felt amazing after having sat in sea water for nearly an hour. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

What a relaxing and therapeutic experience! My wrist was killing me and just doing the seaweed bath and steam made my wrist feel so much better and it feels extremely detoxifying leaving you rejuvenated. Highly recommend

I've tried the seaweed baths in Strandhill, Sligo, Enniscrone Sligo & Ballydavid Kerry and these are definitely my favourite. The steam box is amazing and the whole facility is top call quality. The drench shower is even the perfect temperature. Cute comfy cafe to chill out in after too. A perfect way to relax.

Every time we visit Helbhic Head we have to call to Solas Na Mara. I haven't had a bath there yet but the hot chocolate for the kids, coffee for the adults and the worlds nicest chocolate biscuit cake are a must.

My friend & I spent a half day at the baths, included in the €100 half day package was a back massage, facial, light lunch & seaweed bath. While the seaweed bath was enjoyable & the back massage very good (very professional & a very nice gentleman), the experience of the facial was to say the least, extremely unprofessional. The lady rushed in and out as if she was making tea while treating me - she may have been making tea, she did serve us our lunch afterwards, I have no problem with this as long as the time is managed properly. The treatment room was next to the cafe & every time she left the room she left the door open, so the cafe noise drowned out the soothing music of the treatment room each time. The last time she left she didn't even bother to close the door on her return while she applied my facial cream at the end of my treatment . She gave the impression she could not wait to finish - to start her next task, whatever that may have been! Lunch consisted of a toasted sandwich, coffee & a few nachos/crisps (no salad) or coffee & cake, when I asked for toasted brown bread, there was none. The cakes were nice enough but the lack lustre attempt at a 'light lunch' did not make up for the cakes! The gentleman that gave the massage saved the day, in my opinion. He might teach the beautician to slow down her treatments to a nice, relaxing & professional pace.

My mother and I had the twin seaweed bath package. She also had a facial and I had a massage. The atmosphere is lovely and the people working there are so friendly. The bath was so relaxing, as were the massage and the facial. Afterwards we sat outside having a drink and a bite to eat and took in the spectacular views. I would definitely recommend everyone takes a visit to Sólás na Mara and I will definitely be back myself!
