  Rose Property was good addressing the issues we had in the house. The turn around for fixing the same was fast. They are very responsive replying on emails. Be aware though this agency is not very tenant oriented. ;) Make sure to photo-document anything that was not clean when you took over the house so you have it as an evidence. Even things that might appear to you as insignificant. Also make sure to clean the house (once your contract ends) with possibility of engaging the cleaning agency that will provide you with a receipt and proof the house was cleaned. Do not leave anything behind (not even a new package of toilet rolls) ;) All that effort might save your from some deposit deductions. Thanks, Tajana

  We were very very disappointed with this agency. Especially because at first we thought it is a good agency, but it turns out it is bad and sneaky, trying to take as much as they can from your deposit.
  
  So, when we moved into a rented house agency said to report anything we don’t agree with. Of course we did not report two breadcrumbs on the floor (literary two breadcrumbs) or washing machine having leftovers from detergent. But when we were moving out, the agent took pictures of these two things + he took pictures of dirty fireplace, which we never even used!!! and charged us for this.
  
  So be aware, this agency will try to charge you no meter what, even if it means using 2 blurry photos for things that are actually clean and 3 photos of things you did not even use.
  
  On your request to consider your arguments, they will not consider them.
  
  Instead they will charge you €50 :(

  Dishonest and Unhelpful. Forget about getting your full deposit back, will look to screw you as much as they can and find pedantic reasons to take as much money from you as possible. For example they deducted me €10 to remove a roll of toilet paper and a box of dishwasher tablets Very slow to fix anything. Avoid like the plague
