  I would rather they left my parcels in a safe place by my doorstep like some couriers do instead of going all the way up here I'm not from the area and dont drive

  I can't avoid using their service every time I buy from Amazon they are always by default the delivery service.
  Every time they don't delivery and they simply put a letter for collection in my mail box.

  Not a customer friendly service. They deliver to suit themselves, not the customer. They make it a point NOT to follow requested arrangements. Subsidised by the taxpayer and they treat that taxpayer with arrogance bordering on the moronic.

  Don't know why the postman usually doesn't bother to knock on the door but prefers to leave me information to pick my letters there. Hmmm Generally nice staff and quick service but once I arrived at 6.55 PM and the worker just waved at me through the glass door telling it's already closed

  Very very very poor service from anpost. I tried so many times to ring them with no answer. I got diverted to an answering machine saying that all agents are experiencing a high level of calls. There is nobody available at all and I am calling them everyday. Please fix your system.

  Extremely disappointing service. Took time off work earlier to go here and spent money on the bus and it turns out they open again on 29/12, but no information about this was given in the leaflet! The Irish post service is the worst.

  3 times I've phoned the North City Delivery office. Why doesn't someone pick up the phone? No excuse!
