Fabulous hotel and great staff. My daughter has a milk allergy and when they found out one of the staff went to the shop to get her a carton of coconut milk so she could have her cereal at breakfast. Great swimming pool facilities too. We had the best time. We only stayed for 1 night but my daughter still talks about it all the time.

The rooms are warm and with a small baby makes for an uncomfortable sweaty sleep. No air conditioning just window to open. Situated out of the town centre, their website says 15 min walk to townbut more like 30 mins. Would advise you drive or take a taxi. The bar is great with live music for the time we were there and food pretty decent.

The hotel is very close to the town centre and lots of supermarkets (less than a 5 minute drive). The main hall and bar are both gorgeous and all staff were very friendly. I only had food in the bar (they have a restaurant also) and I can't recommend it highly enough! Staff were friendly and polite throughout. The only slight downside I found was the thermal suite, as it was hard to relax with all of the swimming lessons going. All the basics are there (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) but perhaps lacking that something extra. Overall I had a very good stay and would recommend if you were to be staying in letterkenny, especially with the prices!

Great place. The first impression formed by the fantastic staircase, is very positive. It sweeps up and the massive chandelier above, adds to the effect.

The rooms are large with clean washrooms. Unfortunately, the beds in our room were not comfortable. The bed springs in the middle, had sagged and this created problems at night. To further compound out problems, it was very noisy at night, with guests running about and shouting in the corridors. The door was unable to keep the noise out and many a time we woke up from slumber.

These irritants aside, it is a good hotel.

Great hotel, very nice staff. Food is lovely too. Monday and Tuesday nite they do specials on food. Only thing I didn't like was the rooms are very stuffy and hot. Other than that a great hotel. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel with pool. Spacious rooms. However, when letting in the water for a bath it had a bit of a brownish color, no foul odor though.

We went for a family weekend with our soon to be 4 years old boy. We asked for a quiet room on the back to avoid the busy road in the front.
Room was clean and staff friendly. That's about it. The rest went downhill quickly.
-The back of the hotel looks like a slum in Calais with emptied bottles are thrown out at 2am when the bar is closed.
    - The water in the shower and sink is yellow. (apparently it is normal)
    - The room had a very dangerous item that shouldn't be there with small children. My son ended up with his cheek, nose and back bruised because of it. The table is very wobbly due to the design. It should not be on a family room.
He was trying to put his shoes on and held the table to keep the balance. He fell on his back on the floor tiles with the table landing on his face.
Staff was quick to respond and an ambulance came to check how he was. He couldn't breathe for few seconds and gum was bleeding.
I can't imagine a younger child trying to stand up using that table.
We didn't have a good experience in this hotel due to that. I am not gonna talk too much about the couple fighting on he floor below Saturday night at 2am waking up everybody. It can happen everywhere. Once we called the switchboard they were quick to respond.
