  The guy in the office was nice and pleasant but the driver seemed annoyed that I was even in his car. Very rude and abrupt, and swore under his breath about other drivers on the road.

  Taxy rapid cabs get late specialy if you go to work, at the moment I am standing on the rain and will be late for work and my taxi is 30 minutes late. Can not relay on them. I made call back and I got " everbody gets late today, no cars." No apologies, unprofessional and badly organised.

  Could not be more helpful if they tried in relation to sorting out taxi's for my aged father. They didn't bat an eye at my requests and facilitated everyone of them. Fantastic customer service.
