  Went here today with bae/my girlfriend/future fiance❤️for our lunch break as a treat. Ordered a sweet and sour but unfortunately we left with nothing but a sour taste in my mouth after this experience. I pre ordered a 6 b4 6, 15 mins in advance of my arrival. However my hopes for a quick satisfying meal were dashed. We arrived, and were delighted because the restaurant wasn't busy, i then gave my name and explained I pre ordered we sat down, we then waited and waited. 40 mins later we were running out of time to get back so I asked what the story was. The waiter then told us he had forgotten about us, pulled out a takeaway bag which had clearly been sitting on a shelf for 40 minutes. 2 things annoyed me about this, they clearly didn't pay attention on the phone and also the waiter clearly never checked for our order.we were not offered any compensation or even a proper apology. Definetly won't be returning.

  Superb food for €6, plus a glass of pinot grigio for €5. The best value in the city. Absolutely excellent.

  Food is good but service offered by a group of badly trained kids is very bad, with very little emphasis on a decent customer service experience. E. G. Tables not cleared quickly enough, confusion over orders, unfriendly interaction with customers

  Good food, kids enjoy it too. Pity the door cools the place down so quickly. Otherwise it would be great.

  This is a great little Asian restaurant. If you like Asian food and casual dining, then this is the place to be when visiting Cork.
  
  The prawn red curry is delicious and you get a free ice-cream cone after your meal what's not to like!
  
  I'll definitely be returning to Ramen the next time I'm in Cork city!. 5 stars!

  It's exactly what it says on the tin. Love the 6 before 6 deal, would rate 5 stars if they didn't have the policy of only being able to order 4 of them per customer as it means we need to make multiple orders from work. Kind of an unnecessary inconvenience and it frustrates a lot of us.

  Food was good. I was giving a great portion for what I paid. The flowing free ice cream was quite a plus. The staff was great. Would definitely return
