Very bad customer service Rip Off. agreed a price over the phone then they put the price up €350 I was told they take deposits then don't do the work?

NOT TRUSTWORTHY - Very bad service gave me one price over the phone then when I was ready to order price had gone up over €600 a friend told me this had happened before, he takes big deposits and never does the work or refunds the deposit given, Locally Known Conman.
