Called 6779941 the number given for the branch. Answered by a call center that was unable to communicate with me. The noise from the center was like being in a train station. When I explained that the noise made it impossible to communicate I was told "This is a call center, there are lots of people here". The person could only get about half of what I was asking or saying. In the end I hung up. Totally unsatisfactory.
