Great Business Park, easy to commute, runs a shuttle. Bus and Luas stop nearby. Little shopping centre and gym next to the business park.

Nicely laid out business park but there are very few facilities. A few more cafes have opened up but it is still poorly served.
Traffic can be busy getting in and out at peak times.

I ran a 5k night run here a while back. I was in contention for first place for the first 10 metres. Happy with that. If I train hard and keep the right focus, I might be in with a shout for the first 20 metres next year. One can only dream.

Industrial park with practically no services. Lunch options consist of a spar and a greasy spoon joint next to it.
