Incredible atmosphere, stunning food, you really wish all pubs in Ireland were like this one. Worth driving out of your way for.

Rambled into Paddy Coynes with two friends when bike touring the West of Ireland in Sept 2015. It was one of those occasions in life where the experience couldn't be either planned or predicted. Laughed a lot with the owners and staff. I give the pollock stuffed with black pudding an 11/10. Certainly the best meal on the trip - and an evening that will live fondly in my memory. Paddy Coynes is a little hidden jewel in the wild and rugged West of Ireland.
