A lovely hotel reception area with friendly welcoming staff, unfortunately the spa jacuzzi and steam room side of the spa are sadly lacking , was very dissapointed to find beds not working in the relaxing room
Very little heat in the steam and sauna room overall that area was very dark and cold it would put me off returning if this continued. Why advertise it as part of a package if it is not good enough to use, the hydro pool was also too.cold and could do with more jets. Very disappointed I would not use this side of the spa again, I did have a facial which probably the best I have ever had , lovely staff here.

This could have so easily been a five star review but just a few things let it down. They all relate to food and drink.
The hotel itself is a reasonably modern design situated on the outskirts of town. Free parking is available including an underground parking area.
Reception staff were friendly and efficient.
Our room was on the second floor. The double bed was really large, it made our Queen size bed at home seems quite small in comparison. Tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, a safe, hairdryer and an iron were all available. En-suite bathroom was clean and adequately sized. However room was very warm and even the AC seemed to make little difference.
Food in the hotel was of a good standard but not cheap. Eating in the bar and the restaurant both required patience as service was slow. They seemed to have enough waiting staff so maybe the hold up was the kitchen.
Cocktails were available at the bar with an offer of 2 for €12. Complete waste of time, as from a selection of four cocktails that I made they had the ingredients for none.
So easily could have been a much better review.

I have enjoyed lunch here on occasion in the bar. I generally don't like carverys' but the food here is great. The ambiance is relaxing and the staff are warm and welcoming. You also receive a free tea/coffee with your meal.

Room was amazing! Large bed, plenty of open space in the room, all the amenities you could need. The bathroom was extremely beautiful, spacious and warm and exactly the kind of place to pamper yourself.
The staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful.
Will definitely be back.

My wife and I had our wedding reception here in August 5th. We had decided to book here when we 1st started looking at places to hold our reception. We were just amazed at how welcome the staff made us feel. Showing us around the bar area, reception room and bedrooms. Always in touch with us up to the wedding day. So the day of the wedding comes along and as soon we arrived we were treated amazing. Michelle and Karen were great. They told us something would be done and it was. If something wasn't right it fixed no questions asked. The two girls really couldn't of done anything else for us. Paulina in the bar was great, so friendly and full of chat. We didn't want to mention names but we just felt these people deserved a special mention. To be fair all the staff in the hotel, cleaners, reception workers,lounge staff, bar workers, janitors, management were all brilliant really couldn't fault them.
We would highly recommend this hotel , if its for a wedding or short break this should be a must..

Handy location for Naas town. Free parking. Bar food available and a lovely bright reception area which is perfect for meeting up and having coffee.

This place is amazing from start to finish. We booked a pampering package, which included dinner & breakfast. Staff are efficient and very friendly. Rooms are lovely comfortable and extremely spacious. On arrival our robes and slippers were on the bed all ready to head off to the spa treatment, also you have use of the thermal suites. We had fantastic relaxing treatments from spa staff. Food is beyond words hat off to the chef. My advice, well worthed and will return again. 😊

It is hard not to compare the hotel to when it first opened around 10 years ago if memory serves. Back then the rooms were immaculate with fully stocked mini bars and even play stations in each room.When I was last here I could see that the rooms need a little bit of a revamp as the furniture is looking a little worn now. Despite my comments on the room, they were fully functional.

Perhaps they are making some improvements as the restaurant was off limits due to building work as well as some work outside the building.

The staff are as friendly and welcoming as ever and the Spa and leisure facilities are still fine.

My favourite place to go. Staff are lovely, food is fab. Love the rooms and really love the bathrooms. The spa is amazing lovely place to relax. The bar is really nice love going there either with the kids or just for a romantic break with the hubby.

Really nice place. Rooms are great if a little tired. Staff are really friendly and food is excellent. Attended a wedding and stayed overnight. The food and service at the wedding was outstanding.
