Strange smells on the ground floor. Strange atmosphere also. Helpful lady at the reception though

Extremely rude from the moment I walked in. Told me there was no room yet I had made a booking in advance online and had received confirmation. Worst place ever!

Booked a room ~3 days ahead, good price for last min booking. Décor was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfy, and common room and kitchen facilities were great. I'd highly reccomend this to anyone. Only thing I disliked was that on the website it said they had parking. When we turned up they said they had no parking facilities, so we parked in the nearby train station. Not a big issue as it was nearby, would have preferred if we had known beforehand.

We booked online one day before, arrived there and got no room, because they were full. Annoying for packbackers. She did not wanted to give us the prepayment back if we give bad recommendation. All in all not suitable for short-term booking although she was friendly and helpful.

You are the worst. You cancelled our reservation three hours before our arrival from a long train ride with a family of five, with 3 little kids. Due to overbooking. Bad karma.

Very loud, can hear all the neighbors.dirty entrance and kitchen. Only reason for 2 stars is the bed was brand new, other than that the room was cold, and really depressive, felt like a jail. But hey it was cheap!

The worst place in which I ever been.
The Sheets were dirty, they didn't change them.
A lot of noise and shouting during the night didn't let me sleep.
I don't suggest this place.

This was by far the worst hostel experience I've ever head.
OK, let's start with the nice things: billiard table, big TV and big kitchen.
But from there on it gets worse and worse
1. The hole hostel looks like a place for homeless people. Everything is in bad shape or just cheap. You don't feel home at all.
2. The living room is plain cold and uncomfortable like hell. I am sitting here with a blanket and still freezing.
3. I was so happy to have shoes with me for showering. Everything feels dirty and like 50yrs old.
4. The family who owns the place doesn't care about its guests. Nobody greeted me or seemed to have slight interest into me.
I could go on and on. But this is my first review of a hostel and I don't like to be so negative.response / report this review -
