  The job was done very professionally; they took care to scope out the job thoroughly, came prepared, communicated well with us throughout the process, very fast work turnaround - it was impressive. All to say that I highly recommend Once Only Roofing & Guttering, you will be well taken care of. They will make a tough difficult job seem easy and manageable. Now that is the true value of Once Only Roofing & Guttering!

  Without hesitation I consider Once Only Roofing & Guttering to be the best roofers in the city. They are cost competitive, organized, and have conscientious workers (safe, quality and clean). My opinion comes from having hired them 10+ times for various projects in the past. Over the years we have worked with numerous other roofing companies, and we find ourselves exclusively calling Once Only Roofing & Guttering these days.

  I had Copper gutters and a section of tiled roofing and under layer repaired due to 84 years of weathering. I did not shop around but felt the cost was reasonable due to the complexity of the project. I had to call them back to patch some stucco but other than that the experience was great all the way from the estimate through completion. There was a two-month waiting list to get the job done but they told me that up front. John and the staff were very professional and courteous.

  Roof looks great and all options were outlined to me during the job when we realized that there was more involved than what was previously quoted. They are fair and responsive. And completely professional. There are lots of roofers out there, but if you want to be worry free, choose these folks.

  Once Only Roofing & Guttering is a family business. We've been using them for years for roofing and have never been disappointed. Even during the pandemic, they were fully booked, but they were able to squeeze us in for a consultation. This job was kind of small where there was a leak in my garage. They decided to patch it up for a small price to see if it will leak during the next bad rainstorm. If this doesn't work, they will come back and redo the area. They will try to save you money if they can! Honest company and workers. Can't ask for more!

  Unreliable! They tell you what you want to hear, over and over again, but don't deliver.
