  I hired a bike here and wanted a road bike (which this time of year not many people would be asking for), they made that possible for me for the next day, fitted all my equipment (pedals, lights, saddlebag, phone mount etc.) and set up the bike for me (saddle height). They even kept my shoes for after the ride in a safe place for me. Very accommodating and helpful! Great experience and service!

  We had plans to do a bike and boat tour of the Dunloe Gap but all our plans fell through. My review is base on how helpful the guys were in emailing me with information and making arrangements, all top notch. I am sorry I had to cancel and hope we get another chance to do it. If so, I will absolutely call O'Sullivans again.

  We rented two bikes from O'Sullivans and had a great experience with them. When my friend's bike got hit by a car which completely warped the front rim, they immediately set us up with a spare bike at no extra cost and were very friendly.
  
  The bikes are in good condition and have low rolling resistance, helmets and a small map are included in the price. If you already know where you want to go the staff will even draw in the best route to take.

  We hired a tandem bike, with a trailer for our luggage, to cycle the ring of kerry from this shop. They offered great equipment with excellent service. Unfortunatly we suffered from a puncture (which can happen quite easily because of the bad quality on some parts of the roads and the high load of our luggage on the tandem) but someone came in no time and replaced the tire for no cost at all. Very friendly and helpfull people who go the extra mile to make your cycling trip a great one. I would highly recommend this shop.

  Rented a bunch of bikes from Neill and he was great. All new bikes, great selection, child carriers, helmets etc Will rebranding from him again.
