The staff are very friendly. The sales staff is not pushy. The facility is very clean. The restrooms are handicap accessible. Tea and coffee is also offered complimentary for customers.

Poor service from the service dept.
Had an issue whilst on holiday and they kept putting the work back. They were reluctant to tell be what was wrong with the car too so I was unable to chase the faults.
Eventually we drove back to the UK with a faulty car. Unimpressed.
They also sold my father in law a used car with 10k left on the brakes. Why? That's very poor in my opinion.response / report this review -

Called in to replace a brake light switch, you said you had the part but fixed the original instead charging me 60€ for labour. Brake lights broke again about a month later, I called to book in to replace the part and was informed you never actually had the right part in the first place which was why you fixed the original even though I asked for replacement. After 3 weeks of calling twice and waiting for call backs for appointment time and actually going into you myself to make an appointment I went to a different mechanic who charged me 30€ for labour and parts to do what you were supposed to in the first place! oh and by the way in his words, whatever way you 'fixed' the brake light switch, in this mechanics words you made 'an absolute balls of the job'. Thanks for charging me an extortionate amount to pretty much stick a band aid on my car and letting me drive around with broken brake lights with a newborn baby in the car. Wouldn't rate this place at all, worst experience. Staff were all friendly but obviously know nothing about fixing cars.
