  Staff were really helpful and pleasant, but the section of the shop with the washing machines and dryers wasn't lit, which seemed strange.

  I had a great customer experience both in store and over the phone. I was in store with Dave who showed me the Samsung VR headset and talked me through it in detail and let me try different experiences. The knowledge and passion for the job was clearly visible from Dave. I saw a Bluetooth hat but never bought it. I then phoned a few days later to see if I could get it and Sharon was more than helpful. For it to me before Christmas and I am very grateful. Good work guys, keep it up 👍
