Very authentic Italian pizza, the real deal!

Online order placed at 18:17, ETA was set to 19:08. Called in at 19:15 and asked when my food would arrive and I was told that my pizza and my salad are "about now leaving the restaurant". Called in again at 19:35 and I was told that delivery would take at least 30 minutes or more longer from now "because they were busy". So they outright lied to me on the phone earlier. I changed it to collection because I had lost all hopes by then. Came to the pizzeria which was empty at that time and got no word of excuse. When I addressed the staff they didn't know what to say. This is unheard of on so many levels, what a waste of time and money on a Sunday afternoon when all I wanted was a pizza delivered and even got blatantly lied to by them. Oh and by the way, the pizza was cold when I arrived home, it tasted awful. The salad wasn't much better. Overall even One Star is too much for this place
