  Awful service. Waiting 5 months for table & chairs to come from China (even though sales assistant told us they were from Ireland & would be 2 weeks) luckily we kept our broken chairs & table or we would have nothing! When it finally did arrive the table is covered in long black deep scratches, looks second hand. That was 5 months ago still waiting for them to replace it

  Very large store, but very poor selection of products. The place is split up in three different buildings two of which don't seem to have any sales staff.

  Very very poor service. In fact possibly the worst organised business that I have ever been in contact with. I would AVOID ordering from this company ever again and I would advise anyone else to order with caution. My housemates and I had an order placed for three new mattresses and a bedframe in August and so far I have only received two mattresses and the bed frame. After constantly ringing the company and being repeatedly told we will contact you or we will hurry up the order we only received a partial order on the October bank holiday weekend!! They literally rang us 30 minutes before arriving to the house so plans had to be changed last minute to meet this. Their excuse? That they had tried to contact my partner the week previous and had no reply so couldn't deliver earlier, we checked and never received any contact what so ever so that was a pure excuse!!!!! We were told by the two delivery men (who didn't have a clue about what was going on) that they were just missing one mattress and we would have it delivered the following week. STILL NO MATTRESS!! We shouldnt have to ring this company constantly to chase our order but if you order from them you will probably have to do the same. It would have been faster for me to go to a mattress making course and learn how to make a mattress myself and then fly to Australia to make it and deliver it to myself from Australia!! In fact if I ordered a mattress from a furniture company there it probably would have arrived faster!!!

  Following a recommendation from a friend I called to this shop recently looking for a new bed and found that they had a fantastic range of bedding for really good prices. The staff member I dealt with was very helpful even though I wasn't buying on the day. I plan on going back in the next month or so to make a purchase.

  Recently placed an order 6 weeks ago for a bed. At the time of purchase I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. Every week we rang we got told that the shipment had got delayed. Eventually the shipment (apparently) did arrive in co Clare and we were told 2 weeks ago that it would be couriered down to us. More lies. Rang Kieran last Friday and he said we'd have the bed tomorrow and he'd ring us back. Rang him today and he is conveniently off on holidays! Went into the shop and they told me that there was no bed in stock in Clare. Got my money back today and no offer of compensation. My advice, avoid this place. Very poorly managed and don't believe what they tell you.
