I went there 2 times. They do not clean so well, almost like no cleaning for some details. Making me waiting 20 minutes before started, i.e. 20 minutes after my appointment time. It is a bit cheaper than other dentists. Location is good. I clean teeth, check and xray, cost 110€

Do not go here!!! Not only did this dentist cost me a small fortune but the work they did on my teeth was AWFUL. I got 3 fillings and at my check up with my regular family dentist 6 months later, all the fillings I got at Smiles Dental Oliver Plunket street, Cork had leaked and corroded and were causing me pain. I have to go through the pain and discomfort of having them all replaced by my family dentist. I wish I'd read reviews of this place before I got my teeth done here, big mistake.

    It's all about the money.

They do a great job of making you feel like they remember you personally and you have to hand it to them for using their tools to do that. They did however mistake me for someone else once and entered my treatment details in that persons file while giving me a bill with that person's details.

Where they really come into their own is with their pricing. Their list pricing seems ok at first but if you go in for a treatment you will find that they combine a number of charges which inevitably brings the bill well north of what you expected.

If you need an Implant keep looking elsewhere as this is a very expensive shop. Yes Shop. 2200 for one implant is more than others charge for the best ones offered in Cork by others which start at around 800 Euros to 1100 Euros.

Last night I chipped my tooth. It didn't hurt but I was crying and was extremely stressed out, because in two days I had a job interview. This morning I came in early to this dental office, obviously stressed and anxious. Every single person I spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful. The dentist saw me immediately. I have been so worried it would take multiple appointments and I would not get the tooth fixed in time before my interview. They fixed it that day, within an hour, and it looks fantastic. The receptionist even went out of her way to try to see if they could actually have a part of my appointment covered for free. Best of all even without insurance or health care it was extremely affordable. I couldn't recommend this office more, as it is filled with wonderful people that will leave you with a beautiful smile on your face. Highly recommend.
