Fantastic experience. The owner was available whenever we had a question. Our little "cabin" was an amazing experience. Great place to watch the sun set on the Cliffs of Moher. About a 10 minute walk into town. Great location.
Very happy with the camp site. Quick check-in and allow to have vehicle near tent. Wc were clean. Kitchen and wash up was clean and large enough to allow 3 people to wash up. Fire allow but off the ground and out by 22.00, happy to comply with. 😀
Visited with a tent for two nights during August. Well maintained facilities and camp spots on a wonderful location. Small camping shop with good coffee.
Close to the pier (5 min. walk).
Water and electric plug available with concrete to park your van/camper and quit big grass space to put a tent.
Just one toilet facility and if you're at the end, you need to walk 2.5 min. to it.
Shower has to be payed 1 Euro and its not very hot.
There's a shop available with essentials.
Camp side is not made with much love but I general its okay.
Very nice well equipped clean campsite. Onsite shop which is a bonus. Big spacious site but very busy during peak season so advance booking is advised
Great camping facility. All Tarmac or concrete which is great. Right on the ocean. Decent playground for the kids. Shop on site too and owner very friendly.
Fantastic campsite. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything is clearly signposted. The shower rooms and kitchen are immaculate and there is a fabulous playground for the kids.
It was my first time camping and first visit to the Cliffs of moher. Therefore, we choose to stay in one of the glamping pods as we had a 5 and 3 year old with us and I'm glad we did. It was warm, comfortable and a very nice campsite with quiet neighbours. I would love to return to this campsite when the weather gets a bit warmer. The amenities were the other side of the campsite so we had to drive or walk to the toilet when needed. The kids playground was great for the kids, they really loved it! The kitchen, toilets and showers were clean and ample. Yes, you had to pay 1 euro for a 10 minute shower but it was warm and on a timer so you had to keep pressing the button to keep it going. Overall it was a good experience.
The facilities, wild Atlantic views, the owners and the local community, are all fantastic plus the close proximity to the local hostelries. The food and traditional music cannot be beaten. ..
1€ for a shower. I would be OK with that if it was worth it But there was no pressure and the water was barely warm. And there was a timer. The other campgrounds I went to in Ireland had free showers that were way better.
Other than that, nice place.
Bit difficult to get to but we'll worth the journey. Great location with everything you need within walking distance. Easy access to the aran islands for a great day out. Travelled from belfast with our touring caravan. Must say thought our drainage needed bleached as smell coming from sink was disgusting but since moving have had no issues so must have been their drains. Good shop on site
Camp site, amenities and surrounding area is spotless..
Staff are very welcoming, helpful and obliging!
Waking up to the surrounding views is like heaven.. only a short walk from doolin village..
Very well priced and highly recommend camping here!!
