Very helpful and friendly. Loads of useful local information about places to visit.
This is a voluntary run tourist advice office manned by locals. A great place for guidance and history. Brochures available.
Great volunteers who know all about the area and give a great service to tourism providers. Visit and get the best out of this lovely place.
Friendly efficient service with lots of local knowledge.
They tricked me. I asked about the house and they said its fine. But at night i heard banging. I ignored it. Next night therez scraping. Third night i left because i heard a scream. There houses are haunted
What to say ? I got there almost everything I needed and the service was friendly and to the point.
Thanks to them, We made a great Clew Bay tour on boat. I got the information on wonderful Ballycroy NP and visitorcenter, info on where to find Wifi spots,
I know, one can nowadays find almost everything on the web, but personally I give a clear priority to human contact, it gives always an added value (well not always, depends on the servicemindedness of the person you are in contact with). The only thing I did not get really a satisfactory answer was about where to find the best birdwatching spots I am pretty sure that in Achill they must exist, given the high value of nature in Mayo, and whole Western Ireland.
But, thanks for all you did
