  Having done our research into Monarch Contracts and upon reading the positive reviews and testimonials, we decided to contact this company by phone to discuss their services regarding extensive renovation work to our family home.
  
  Unfortunately, as my wife attempted to inquire of their services and quotes for said project she was immediately shut down by a man named Stuart, who not only didn't listen to our proposals of work, but he also told us that he was not going to provide a quote for us, and furthermore he said he was not going to waste his time on us.
  Finishing the conversation Stuart recommended that we shop around and seek other companies and contractors for our project. Stuart also said that if we don't find other suitable companies that we may call him back to perhaps discuss our project again.
  
  This was a very disrespectful and extremely disappointing attitude towards us, especially by stressing his assumption that we would be wasting his time.
  
  As a result of this brief and unfortunate conversation with Stuart, we will not be contacting, nor ever consider employing the services of Monarch Contracts.

  Stuart and the Monarch team just completed renovation work on my house. I could not be happier with the final result as it has exceeded my expectations. They were very friendly and extremely professional. Nothing that we asked for was a problem and everything was finished to the highest standard that Stuart prides himself on. The house was left spotlessly clean when they were finished. Would highly recommend Monarch

  A massive thank you to the Monarch team for the project that they have just completed on my house. Delighted with the final result. Stuart was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful from day one. We were kept up to date with all developments throughout the project. All the team were extremely friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Monarch Contracts and Property Services Ltd as Stuart provides a very professional service and is five star quality without a doubt. Stuart and his team transformed our house way above our expectations

  Monarch Contracts have just completed my dream kitchen which turned out superior to what I could every have imagined. Stuart and all his lads were reliable, punctual & went way beyond anything I asked them to do. I would highly recommend Monarch for any renovations that you might be considering.

  Stuart & all the lads at Monarch did a great job in renovating our kitchen. We were delighted with the end result. They were professional from start to finish & fulfilled all our requests. They left the place clean & tidy which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend them 😊
