Very well located, you could walk to town centre. A well kept hotel with good restaurant or bar food. Hotel has a pool and a very cosy reception. Staff are very helpfull.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, Great good & great location. Leisure centre and gym. Great facilities & family friendly. We come here every year.

Cosy hotel, we stayed for a wedding and the hotel staff was exceptional. Completely on the ball for everything. And ran the show with clockwork precision. Great food also and the rooms were nice and clean and looked like it had a lot of tlc through the years. Great hotel.

Lovely hotel. Warm, welcoming staff. Intriguing architecture. Quiet. Serene views. Spacious, well-kept, nicely appointed rooms. Kudos to management. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Donegal.

Absolutely beautiful. Lovely staff and very nice food. The staff even sorced soy milk for me. Atmospheric. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Our two teenage daughters really enjoyed the pool and food. And thats saying something.Definitely coming back soon!

From an American point of view the menu consisted of upscale things we see at home. The Irish touches are of course still there and the service exemplary. Family friendly with a light atmosphere. Based on the number of people walking in that knew my cousin I'd say it is popular with the locals as well.

Nice reception and building, room are big But need to be renovated in particular the bathroom where the grout between the tiles is missing. Need a good renovation. Staff are not very welcome or friendly. Disappointing.

The hotel rooms are very nice, and clean; however, dining in their restaurant was a terrible experience. I had to fetch the menus for the table- something a paying customer should not have to do. The waitress hadn't a single idea of what was on the menu, and was annoyed when I asked her to explain what some of the meal items were. It also took a full hour for them to bring out our entry's, while the rest of the restaurant seemed to have gotten quick service. Then when the food did finally come out, they brought out the wrong food! Perhaps this was merely an unusual experience here, but the bottom line is my experience was not too great. The hotel did most certainly make up for their bad service with some extra food and a complimentary drink at the bar, so I would still recommend staying here- just perhaps not dinning here. Cheers.
