Nice place. Good music. The quality of the drinks varied and the chairs was a little uncomfortable. Overall, the place was worth a visit.

Stay there 22/09/17 public bar was closed due to a private party this is totally out of the the ramp to the hotel was closed due a private party this is totally unacceptable, my wife has MS we were told that she had to use the main door which has step up to it this party is going on to Sunday night. I should have called the police totally unacceptable.lovelly staff

Cold and except for two clearly under age drinkers at lunchtime , menu prices off the scale crazy and if the soup is anything to go by cheap packet food in extremely small portions!!! The staff would be better suited to working in a funeral home with their all black uniform and long faces and attitudes to match. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

This hotel is tired. The room we had was cold. It's a quiet hotel in a very busy town. The fry in the morning was poor and looked like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Dinner was OK.

This was a special occasion the restaurant was closed cause there wasn't many staying I didn't mind that we had our evening meal in the bar it was awful I order chicken wings in barbecue sauce I had three chicken wings with a barbecue sauce pour over it for dinner I had chicken potatoes and vegetables and pepper sauce what I got was three potatoes chicken that was boiled it was so white an a piece of cauliflower and pepper sauce pour over it the hole plate was white I won't even tell you about the pudding I spoke to girl a desk who assured me I could speak to manger next morning when I ask to speak to manger next morning she told the girl to give us complementary lunch that she had a meeting and couldn't see me I can't believe that a quest can be treated so bad the manger was to ring me and that's over a week ago and she never bother I was so disappointed it spoiled my wedding anniversary and husbands birthday won't be going back unless I get an apology from the hotel

Bed was broken, don't know how you have a broken bed in a hotel. Door handle on toilet was also broken, seems to have be broken a long time. Location is good though.
