Superb food . Excellent menu choice with an extensive specials board. Great focus on fish as you would expect on the coast. Portions are generous. An excellent experience.

Lots of meat & fish options, just one is vegetarian. The soup of the day is always great, my favourite being carrot. The place does also serve a variety of wines and it did win some good prizes! + ask to sit in the vine room, it's a beautiful little building with a grape bush growing against a wall and all the way up to the roof, very special!

Excellent seafood in a down to earth comfortable spot. The owners are super friendly and even served us a little ahead of opening time in the evening when we turned up a tad early. I had the catch of the day and the portion was extremely generous and to die for. I highly recommend dining here. It's worth the drive if you are staying in the West Cork area. We were up in Skibereen and as the driver I sacrificed a pint of Murphys to get there and back.and though I never thought I'd ever say these words it was worth it!

Traditional pub serving home cooking style food. Very large portions at a good price. Very large outdoor area for food anything but shaded.
Only negative? Don't eat in the outside summerhouse. It has grape vines running through it and, so is full of insects. Not the best for eating.
Otherwise, great friendly pub serving good food

Visited on a miserable, rainy winter's day. The owner was very welcoming. Gave us a table by the fireplace. The food was delicious. Locally sourced fish from a nearby port. Friendly locals. A lovely spot.
