Received my skip over 10 days ago, and filled it then.I have since have rang them over 4 times to ask to get skip removed from my driveway. I explained we had a member of the family with a mobility issues and was finding it difficult getting passed it.
Still no pick up and it’s obstructing my aunt. So disappointed with M50 Skips, will not go to them again. Do not use M50 Skip Hire

Apparently my skip was added to the collection list a week ago. I’ve called three times since then and each time I’ve been given different excuses as to why it’s still sitting outside my house [short on drivers, busy period of the year, protest outside of the depot, collection list is full for your area].

Amazingly there is no shortage of drivers to deliver the skips!!

Ordered a skip last tuesday. Filled it the same day and rang them to collect it. Said they would get a driver to collect it the next day but its still there now its nearly 8 days in driveway. Not a good response. Good value but not a good business if they don't collect it when u ring them .

3 day skip hire is incorrect, skip now sitting on my driveway 3 weeks even after calling them and them telling me someone will pick it up. I should start charging them rent of my parking space.

Do not go with this company … 14 days with this skip. Told it would be picked up 7 working days after initial 5 day hire … nope! Customer satisfaction is NOT a priority.
