Extremely impressed by the staff and this beautiful new hotel within walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, pubs and historical attractions. We landed in Dublin at 8:30am and the hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in their safe keeping until check-in, allowing us to get a move on with exploring the city without bags weighing us down. Our room was sleek, clean, modern and a perfect size for the two of us. Front desk staff was warm and helpful any time we needed them or had a question. Breakfast offers abundant choices galore, spacious seating area and plenty of tables. We felt entirely safe in this hotel and its location. We spent 8 nights here and would gladly choose to stay here again and again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

My stay was excellent. The hotel was as pictured on their website.
The front desk service was very courteous from check in to checking out.
The room was very clean. The room was adequately sized and all the switches were appropriately located.
The complimentary breakfast was alright (but hey, it's free! much appreciated Hilton).
The hotel's location is within a refreshing walk to many of the city's attractions.
(Caveat, I used my Hilton points) but I would definitely recommend this hotel/location.response / report this review -

Pros: Hotel is new, clean and serves a great breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location with access to all of the city center.
Cons: Beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab - none of our party slept well all week and the pillows are too soft to be substantial enough for the firmness of the mattress. Room has no closet and two very draws to put clothes away/hang up. Rooms were really not cleaned during our visit - just the bed was straightened up and towels were exchanged.response / report this review -

Significantly better than my expectations!
Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Room was spacious and has a nice modern look.
Breakfast options were much better than what I expected.
The hotel was also within walking distance of many attractions.
I want to especially thank Mr. Ali Ahmed who welcomed me and made me feel welcome!

Me and my friend had come to Dublin on our own for the first time and stayed at this hotel. I have to say we were extremely impressed from the look of the building, to warm welcoming staff and a lovely clean room.
Breakfast in the morning was great and staff clears the table once finished ready for the next customer which I found very good.
The location of the hotel was perfect as there were transportation outside the door to walking distance.
But overall I would 100% recommend this accommodation to friends, family and strangers.response / report this review
