Unbelievable just how bad their service level is. I bought a mower retailed at nearly €1000 and it got damaged during use shortly after. I returned it for repair and was told it would cost around €400 for repair and take 2 weeks. 3 months later I am still waiting for the mower to be repaired! The service department is a joke. They never answer their main number and have never got back to me on the numerous occasions that they have said they would. Stay well away from this operation as you will get no service and no satisfaction dealing with them.

If you need anything from these fools in within this life time id call right now because you'll be on hold so long you'll see who becomes President after Trump before they answer. I actively discourage people from dealing with them and will often go out of my way to find alternatives for people.
The fact that they don't open on the weekend is a jokewhat retailer who wants sell a single thing only opens when people aren't around to buy?response / report this review -

m50 honda - ktm. have rang them twice today, and have been left on hold for ten minutes each time.. mccallen ktm dealer much more professional.
