  Very poor customer service. If you are looking for a gift for a special occasion or anything at all, go somewhere else otherwise they will destroy your beautiful memories. My partner got me a gift there for our 5th anniversary. Unfortunately I didn't like it as the design was very old fashioned, and the quality of this expensive product was poor (3 knots on a necklace without even wearing it!). We went there to give the necklace back and pick something else instead. Unfortunately lady called Jennifer was so rude and accused me of breaking the necklace, so instead of a swap I requested a refund. Even though we untangled the knots with no problem, and had both the receipt and the insurance with us she refused. I had to come back to this place 3 times to get my money back. At the end with huffing and pulling horrible faces at me she gave me the refund as she was told by her manager to do so. Obviously this didn't end so easy as apparently she didn't have any cash and had to do a refund to my card. I was told I have to wait 3-5 days for the money to hit my account. RIDICULOUS! I will never go back to this place and I don't recommend it to anyone! Poor customer service and products like from the 80s. Luckily I went to a different shop after this visit, where a young trainee was more helpful than the whole team in HS. I ended up with a smile on my face and a beautiful ring on my finger. I would rather buy 'jewellery' from Penneys than go back to HS again!!!

  Very unhappy with customer service in Blanchardstown shopping centre. My partner got me there engagement ring in the end of october. We went there together so the size will be good for me. He gave it to me after christmas. I couldn't even put it on the finger, so i went back to them, they actually wanted to charge me € 60-70 for resizing. After explaining them everything a man told me that he'll do it free for me but if you could only see that annoyed expression. So i came back last saturday to collect the ring and he couldn't get a ring on my finger again !!! He was like ouuu I am sure it was done !!! So they sent me home back again. I live in Leixlip and have no car, so every single time i have to use taxi, cause I have my 2 year old son with me. So i spent already €150 on taxi - and why ? Cause they can't size the ring correctly. I have to fly away this thursday and I said it to man if it was possible to fix it before thursday - he said to me - sure i'll get it done before that. Still no response from them. They actually made not to want that ring anymore. Very upset about this all.
