Great place to have a run. Also a great place to spend a few hours relaxing and feed the birds.

A beautiful, yet simple amenity in the city suburbs. The perfect spot for a walk or a run or just to sit and watch the world go by. Constant wildlife to keep you amused. There is a little children's playground at one side of the Lake. If you want to feed the pond wildlife please be eco-friendly and only feed them green vegetation, not bread and the like. Plenty of Lake side seats to sit and chat. Five minute walk away is a very good SuperValu where you can get takeaway teas or coffee. The Hawthorn pub is right on the banks of the lake serving food drink etc. Lucky are those who live beside or near this gorgeous amenity 👍👍

Nicest park in Cork, here you can walk, camp, have a pic nic or even feed the ducks! The place is quiet even when crowded, but the lake makes it very humid.

Beautiful place. Great for walks, jogs or walking your dog. Just make sure he or she is duck-friendly!!!

Excellent spot for a walk and almost always busy. A lot of people let their dogs run free and disc parking here. Other than that a great place to walk.
