Nos hospedamos mi pareja y yo una noche, pero encantado me hubiera quedado una semana. La localización del sitio era magnífica, a 2 minutos del centro en coche y 20 minutos a pie. El dueño era muy simpático, nos recomendó un pub espectacular, con buena comida y música en directo, era muy atento y el trato fue muy bueno. La habitación era enorme con una buena cama y buen colchón que es de agradecer, tenía todo lo que puedas necesitar, moderno, espacioso, como y perfecto. El. Baño también era muy grande, la verdad que era muy grande y bueno, que más se puede decir la estancia fue acogedora. A la hora del desayuno lo tenía todo bien preparado, frutas, zumos, cereales, café y nos preguntó qué nos apetecía y nuestros deseos se cumplieron nos preparo en un momento un magnífico desayuno irlandés. La verdad que no se puede pedir más, lo tiene todo muy bien cuidado, las habitaciones son modernas, cómodas y grandes, el trato es muy bueno y el desayuno magnífico. Sin duda se lo recomiendo a todos los visitantes de la zona. 10 de 10.

Rooms are very spacious nice bathroom very good breakfast wonderful host modestly priced ample parking he had maps of Kilkenny the dead bolt gave us some difficulty but definitely would go back again

Wirklich sehr netter Hausherr. Riesen Dusche , bequemes Bett und ordentliches Frühstück. Hat uns gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und einen Touristenguide auf deutsch gegeben, den wir leider wieder abgegeben haben ^^ Bei Fragen jeglicher Art stand er uns zur Seite. Nächstes Jahr fahren wir wieder hin!

Brand new building, nice room facilities, deluxe bathroom, tasty breakfast and helpful owner with plenty of information. In sum that would be a 4/5.

Unfortunately there are many drawbacks: First and most important is the quite dirty room; not vacuum cleaned and also the bathroom has not been cleaned for days (urine on the toilet, smudge on the bottom). Second the insufficient bedding; only a thin wool blanket and a sheet; luckily it was not that cold outside. Third the location itself; From 6.30am passenger trains are passing by approx. every 20 min, horrible noise for at least 15 sec; the track is right behind the building.

Even if the breakfast is nice, the building new and the owner tried it's best: I can't recommend this location at the moment and won't return.
