  Woman behind the front desk is extremely rude, maybe the owner, she was the only one not in uniform. Shouldn't not be dealing with customers, poor manner and unprofessional. Fair enough you only do 12 month signup but at least offer a trial, a tour of the place or a free day pass to help me make my decision. And what business is it of yours where I work also if I want to signup? Can't teach an old dog new tricks.

  I have been in this gym for a good while. Only recently they got a new manager or supervisor I don't know and he has been made some great progress!!! He does listen to people and did put a comment box which is great. He responds to comments and treats everyone equally regardless if a person is Irish, Foreign, with Disability or from Traveling community, it feels like he is after to improve business and everyone's needs in the gym. Respect!!! Thank You. :) And keep on going this way, don't let it slip!!!

  Very happy with the facility and have found everyone very helpful. The gym has everything I need and is generally not too busy which I like. The pool is large with clear clean water . All classes are included with my membership including aqua aerobics which is a great workout. Happy to recommend

  Equipment needs maintenance (and firmware updates), no bicycle parking outside so bikes needs to be fixed to hand rails (if there is enough space).
  While swimming classes sometimes half of the swimming pool is taken and just one lane left for swimmers - I would say members should have access at least to 3lanes
  Very friendly staff, and convenient location.
