This is definitely a tourist trap (It has its own gift store!) but it's perfectly lovely as far as tourist traps go. The food was very good traditional Irish fare, there were many beers on tap, and there was live music and dancing to boot. We had a really good time here!
Fantastic Irish pub with a gift shop attached on the Gap of Dunloe. The food is excellent and not too expensive. They had Irish music and Irish dancers on the night we visited. Good wholesome place for family.
Speedy service. Large restaurant with high turnover. Good basic fayre. Tables closely spaced.
I had heard so much about this place and was so looking forward to going there but the service was terrible. Only 1 out of3 of the servers was any way polite. Glasses and cutlery were just left in a pile on the table and we had to set the table ourselves. Will never go back there again.
Very helpful staff! I forgot my phone in one of the horse carriages and the staff kept it safeWell not only safe they happily registered post it back to Dublin for me without any charge. 5 star service. You must come and eat here!
Great place for live trad music. Good food. Lovely gift shop. Gorgeous scenery.
Great atmosphere with live music and amazing food. It is located at the start/end of one of the most scenic places in Ireland, the Gap of Dunloe, and it was a fantastic place to spend the evening.
Really nice food, atmosphere and an excellent manager. The location offers some fantastic scenery. Would highly recommend it for value for money and for families. Looking forward to returning on my next trip to Killarney.
Great place to visit if you want a great Stake in a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Just a few minutes from Killarney
Lovely pub/shop, a little twee but that's expected given the target clientele; Guinness is very good here.
Nice place to stop before or after your trip. Staff are friendly.
Great place to start and finish the lovely Gap of Dunloe. And fab place to have a drink and bar food. Regular traditional live music too
Had a blast here. The food was lovely, and the band performing (Tuatha) was very good and we learned a lot about Irish instruments. A couple members in our group even got to come up and sing with them! Also very talented dancers.
