If visiting the area for the first time ,I would recommend calling in to Inishowen Tourism office ,the staff are experienced and knowledgeable in all things locally and will point you in the right direction.

Visited at the start of our trip to Inishowen. Received a warm welcome and lots of in depth valuable information. Heidi helped us to prioritise visits based on what we liked, weather predicitions for the week and highlights within the area. Loads to see and do in the Inishowen penisula alone and great tips on where to visit further afield but within Donegal.
One suggestion would be to consider stocking larger scale maps of the area to purchase, like ordanance survey maps, which we would've benefitted from when doing walks and driving in more remote areas.response / report this review -
