Good old fashioned chipper. Great place to stop if walking by. No parking. Very little by way of seating. Not cheap.

Jackie lennox is without question the best chipper in the entire country. While I've been to many good ones around the country, none ever seem to come close to the consistent quality of Jackie's. I've never seen another chipper where they have two sides for food and both will be packed with people. I'd have the quarter pounders and chips, cheese and Currys all day if I could. Love it!

The only truly traditional Fish and Chips Shop in Cork, you are guaranteed a helping of chips with your burger, even if you ask for burger on its own. And that says the value of the chips you get with fish or burger. Plenty of ambience regarding the Southern Capital and great value for money too. And wrapped in paper at that. Great after a game in Turners Cross!!

Favourite chipper I've ever been to. Best value for what you get in my opinion. Always amazed at the amount of orders and specifications within each order that the staff can remember especially since the place rarely doesn't have queues out the door on both sides of the counter.
