Had an emergency issue with my system in the house I bought earlier this year. Rang as I thought they were my contracted service. Between two very helpful staff we were able to debug my problem as a blockage rather than blown pump. All of this within 1hr of initiating contact.

It turns out the previous owner had switched providers and I rang the wrong company. Considering this and how good Ireland Waste Water were this evening I felt compelled to write this positive review!

If my service contract does require renewal I will strongly consider moving my business to this company after this extremely helpful experience.
