Marco was a pleasure to deal with, especially when I explained to him I had bought a bike last September through another bike shop with the Cycle to Work Scheme and was still waiting 6 months later. Marco assured me as soon as the monies are transferred I will have a bike within a week and that's exactly what happened. The bike was delivered to my door. I haven't used it yet as I only got it today but everything looks fine so far.

Easy
Looked at various cycle to work schemes bike shop but this seemed to have the best and most affordable e-bikes in Dublin.
Applied last friday at 2pm and everything was paid, signed and the voucher sent to the bike company within 2 hours. Couldn’t have been easier.

Just hope my new e-bike is delivered with equal efficiency. Many thanks.

I rang them yesterday on the off chance, to see if they could replace the flat tires on my e-scooter.

The customer service I received was exceptional. They were generous, patient and had great depth of knowledge about their products.

I’d highly recommend this shop for it’s customer service and their repair servicing skills. I opted for solid state tires after having several punctures. I’d highly recommend this (it’s a little harderbut you’ll never have a puncture again. Which in Dublin, is music to my ears!)

The shop also has a well selected and refined collection of e-bikes and -e-scooters on sale. Check these guys out! 5*

Lifty electric great company to shop with. Great friendly staff giving nothing but exceptional service to their customers.
I really love my electric scooter and tested and is very good. The one problem I came across was inflating the back tire. I was somehow disappointed but got creative and worked out some solution to get air in back wheel. I was not ready for such, I am on track now.
