A lady working behind the front desk is VERY rude to everyone on the phone and in person. Lucky I got one of the other ladies but her attitude is so toxic just being near it was caustic enough to affect me and others. Costumer service is way below average.

Was sent to the wrong consultant, waited months to see this consultant only for them to tell me over the phone that I was referred to the wrong place. I made another app in Hanover and told them what happened. I was then sent to a different consultant, and at the 2nd consultant which cost me 190e they told me "sorry you're in the wrong place, we don't specialize in that and we can't help you"

Hanover medical clinic sent me to the wrong consultant TWICE, and I've called them 4 times since but they won't return my calls or make any contact with me, and I am told I need to pay for another visit if I want to talk to the doctor. At this rate I'm down 320e with nothing being done at all, and with another GP visit and another consultant visit, it'll have cost me a total of 580e before i event get a chance to talk with a specialist.

the Doctors are nice and qualified but staff at the front desk are very rude and have an attitude. I had to call the clinic more than 7 times to get my blood test results. They issued results incorrectly (bloods that I drawn the previous year) and they also sent my results to the incorrect patient which has personal data and it’s a serious breach of GDPR regulations.

At the beginning it was good but for a while now everytime I come I wait more than 30 minutes from the time of my appointment to go in. This is not acceptable as sometimes this is during working hours and they have 0 punctuality. The worst part is it keeps happening and they're not changing things. They always say "Dr ran late" and "we appreciate it" but never do anyrhing !

I really like Hanover Medical and especially Dr Louise Jackman. I've been to numerous doctors over the years and since going to her, I've never been to anyone else. She is a brilliant doctor, lovely, approachable person and very knowledgeable and thorough . She was the only doctor to properly pick up on my high blood pressure and ensure I was treated effectively for it - even though I'm a bit of an anomaly and not in any of the risk groups. A few of my friends go to her as well and all of us have spoken about how brilliant she is. Really recommend.

Excellent doctors. Dr. Frank Kenny is brilliant, has good and clear way to explain your medical situation, something I haven't seen in a while in other GPs. Clinic is in a convenient location and everyone is nice and helpful.

I found the clinic expensive and they unnecessary called me for paid consultations. Also some issues like mistake on the blood test and the reception refusing access to see my health records. For all these reasons, I found different GP.
I have to say I found doctor Rogers a good doctor, very nice, helpful and meticulous.
I would recommend the doctor, but overall there are better clinics and with more reasonable fees.

Professional, spotless & the type of clinic you leave feeling like you've been listened to and understood.

Dr. Frank Kenny & his team have won me over, Hanover Medical Centre is now my go to. Thank you for looking after me so well. When you're at your lowest, this is this place to get picked back up!

Have gone there quite a few times since its so convenient with work but had a few bad experiences I wanted to share.
1. Dr Kenny is very friendly and chatty but voiced some old-fashioned views on abortion subject (ie he is pro-life and so on) which I felt was inappropriate from a Dr. Why should I care what he thinks about that?!?
2. Liza-Mary was good but who then after 1 visit went on mat leave and who hasn't been back (over two years ago so maybe she has left?).
3. Saw Dr Rogers who is fantastic but who has unfortunately also left.
4. I then saw Dr louise Jackman on one occasion who I found incredibly patronizing and unprofessional. She basically advised me that thyroid issues didn't need to be investigated during early pregnancy (3months pregnant at that stage) - which is the worst advice EVER and could have led to dangerous consequences to the baby as they later told me in the hospital! patronizing AND incompetent! AVOID AVOID AVOID
5. Lastly - they have increased the pricing and you are charged 65E for a short consultation and if you get bloods you pay 35E for the bloods then and they make you come back to see the dr just only to tell you that the bloods are fine..total rip-off! They outright refuse to just give out the results to you even though you have paid for them.

This is why I've changed GP since..

Rude staff. Medical companies provide good service but epmployees downstairs at desk are not even remotely helpful. Would recommend to go somewhere else with better service.

If I could give lower than one star I would. Wrongly diagnosed twice by so called 'doctor dave'. Today resulted in me being given an incorrect prescription for an antibiotic and then receiving a phone call later to tell me not to take them and that it can cause a harmful rash on my skin. Furthermore I paid 30 euro for the antibiotics and and 'doctor dave' arrogantly told me that I wouldn't be getting my money back.

I've been attending Hanover Medical Centre for the past year or so and it's generally been a very positive experience. I usually see Dr. Louise as I've had a number of running injuries. She's lovely and always asks how the training for my next marathon is going!
I've gone to physio there; service was good and probably got me through my last race.
The building is airy and modern and the location for my work is perfect. They do early appointments which really suit, but do book up early!

Key thing to remember is that they don't like to take walk-ins after 6. It would be good to mention that on the website. It is a very clean and attractive facility. But it's hard to say the quality of the doctor because I was rushed through a walk-in appointment. And my cough turned into a full blown cold so take that info with a grain of salt.
