  Went in with a newborn in pram and splinted hand. Thankfully the young man in charge from what I could gather, was so helpful and got another member of staff to help me out with my goods. Its amazing how unhelpful places and staff can be esp with a new baby and pram but not here. So grateful for your help. ..your a credit to the place!

  Disgraceful service. Most of the staff don't even know what products the store offers, let alone what they are used for. I reserved 2 bicycle tyres online, and were due for collection in store. They never messaged me that the products arrived. To add to that, instead of putting the tyres aside, they put them on the shelf with the other tyres, making my reservation absolutely pointless

  Service a total and utter disgrace and product put together wrong leaving a grown adult cycling a bike only for the handle bars to turn, brakes also incorrectly fitted. After three visits on the same day (20.01.2019) to have handle bars and brakes corrected, I then left only to discover my saddle had been readjusted and was to high, I had
  to return for a fourth time. It is the last time I will be purchasing from Halfords Laois and an official complaint is being lodged to Phil regional manager after today

  Normally great in there but went in and the new guys couldn't change the bulb on a 2010 Octavia. Disappointing as I've been in there before and they could normally change the bulbs for me..

  Bought a mountain bike in Halfords Portlaoise today. The girl working there was so helpful and answered any questions i asked. Made my purchase so easy and gave me plenty of advice. Highly recommend this store and staff.
