Attended a wedding there. Very nice hotel,staff very helpful. Easy parking on site. Food was great. My only complaint was the grey decor it seemed very drab but didn't really spoil my enjoyment of the day

We had our wedding reception there on 2nd August 2017. Everything went really smoothly, guests had plenty to eat and hotel were really accommodating. Many of our guests commented on the friendliness of the staff and were really impressed with their speed and efficiency. The newly renovated rooms are stunning and the bridal suite is phenomenal! Please let us live there!!

We had to wait for over an hour in the bar for a small food order and at the end they brought me the wrong thing, after returning it they still tried to charge us for it.
There was a wedding on that night and we were on the 3rd floor and still could hear pretty clear all the noise from it. I don't want to know what it was for the ones staying right above. Bathroom doesn't look like it was part of an expensive renovation project. The whole place is too dark and gloomy.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable, however the shower ran hot and cold constantly and when I came out in my towel I was greeted by two working men looking in the window which I feel we should have been warned about so we could have at least closed the curtains. The restaurant staff were rude and seemed to judge us for having a dine and stay menu. Would like to give it a second chance

Just renovated and its stunning, you can see that there has been a lot investment put into it. We had our lunch in the new bar and the food was delicious. The room we had was very clean and to a high standard.

Recently redecorated to a high standard, friendly and helpful staff . Food in restaurant good quality though on the night of our meal service was poor and some of the food was cold. Kellys restaurant was very good with lots of choice and nice ambience. The leisure centre nice and good standard overall we enjoyed pur stay and would recommend it to family and friends

Great setting. Attention to detail in the rooms was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Only downside was the hotel was under renovations mainly the restaurant and the spa and we would have postphoned our trip to when the renovations would have been complete had we been given adequate notice.

I thought it was good but it turns out to be nice. There was a used needle on the roof out side are window it was removed quickly. But the next night we had a go over to get our dinner on the other side of the road where a lot of cars going very fast and there was no ramp for my welled chair
