  Went in with my Fiancé to have a look at the rings and ended up with wedding bands and and a gorgeous ring. The manager lady was very nice and helpful yet the ladies we were picking our rings from after the sizes came in wouldn't sell us anything. If you not sure or need professional advise ask for the manager.

  Phoned today to enquirer about a Sekonda watch which happened to be out of stock asked lady to take my number and to let me know when it might be available was told it would not be worth her while I would have to call into the store which is 70klm away. I don't think H.Samuel pay her salary for this type of service . I contacted the Liffey Valley outlet and spoke with a lady called Emma this lady is an empioyers dream such a difference in manner .
