  The Barrow, an undiscovered gem and the best way to see it is with Gowiththeflow. We stayed close to Borris on the first night. The next morning we drove 30 mins to St Mullins with its beautiful picturesque setting. Left the car there and the company picked us up and drove us back to Borris to the start of our canoe trip. The 16km journey down-stream took us 6 hours including a lunch break in Graig. Once you reach St Mullins there is another nice coffee shop just waiting for you. You will not forget this trip and I can’t believe it is such a peaceful, tranquil stretch of waterway. Its undiscovered Ireland at its best. Thank you for making it such a great trip.

  Went for a kayaking and canoeing team building event in Kilkenny - great experience. Friendly guides, fun rapids on the river, and really nice scenery on the more peaceful parts. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun group activity.

  "Go With The Flow" is incredible place. It was the most interesting adventure in Ireland that I have ever had. Didn't expect it to be so exited.
  The biggest plus for me it is a great balance between adrenaline and safety. We overcame the rapids of rivers between big stones and I didn't feel danger. Only very exited!
  The second big plus is the nature around. Everything is so wild, green and beautiful - photographer's dream.
  I definitely can advice "Go With The Flow" to everyone who is interested in kayaking or canoeing. I'm going to repeat this adventure at least one more time.

  Had a team off-site on Barrow river: kayaking and canoeing for a day. A lot of fun and good adventure! Friendly and fun guides! Bringing back a lot of good memories. Great option for team events, family activity or just friends getting together. Don't hesitate - just do it!
